Memorial Day 2012
Former 2/4 Battalion Sgt. Major James Booker (Ret.) keeps the dog tags of all 34 Marines killed in 2004. He brought them to Texas in 2012 and displayed them on a K-Bar at the camp site.

Purple Hearts
Purple Heart Medals line the base of the momument to the fallen warriors of the the 5th Marine Regiment at 5th Marines Memorial Garden on Camp San Mateo, aboard MCB Camp Pendleton, for the 10th anniversary of the Battle of Ramadi.

Freedom Is Not Free
SgtMaj. Joseph Ellis fought in both deployments, and was killed while serving as the Battalion Sergeant Major during the 2006-2007 deployment. He is buried at Arlington National Cemetery. During the 2015 reunion in the Washington DC area to honor him, we took time to visit other memorials and pay our respects to the generations of warriors who have secured the freedom of this country. Here a group of our guys rest the Korean War Memorial.

Semper Fi Fund

The Semper Fi Fund whose mission is to provide resources and support for combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families, has been a generous supporter of our reunions in the past.

Gold Sstar parents
Here two Gold Star parents, Pam Hallal and George Langhorst, stand and address the Marines of Golf 2/4 during the 2012 reunion. Their sons, PFC Deryk Hallal and PFC Moises Langhorst, died within a day of each other in 2004.
